Exclusively ours: Hyattsville sock yarn from Neighborhood Fiber Co.
Welcome to our neighborhood! Ka
rida Collins of Neighborhood Fiber Co. has created a Studio Sock colorway exclusively for A Tangled Skein and named it, appropriately enough, Hyattsville. It’s a beautiful and lively combination of red, blue and purple that looks even better in person than it does in the accompanying pictures. And our very own Jennifer Woods has created a great sock pattern, Tangled Cables, that is free with every purchase of Hyattsville yarn.
Our current supply of Hyattsville yarn is going fast, but we will be getting a new shipment very soon. If we happen to be out of stock when you visit the store, we’ll be happy to put you on a waiting list.
And speaking of socks, don’t miss Noro’s Silk Garden sock yarn. It’s dyed in the most popular Silk Garden color combinations and has that great wool/silk/mohair fiber content–but with nylon added for elasticity. It adds up to 40 percent wool, 25 percent silk, 25 percent nylon, 10 percent kid mohair, and 100 percent knitting satisfaction.
